Signing of a definitive purchase agreement for a major segment of their business must be disclosed immediately (within a day or two) in an 8-k.

Also, if they fail to sign one by today, which would be contrary to what was projected in their August 30th 8-k (which stipulated an October 27th deadline), they are required to file a new 8-k with an updated timeframe.

So if we don't see an 8-k on this matter by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest, I'd start to become a little (more) leary.
