19 mill is no interest? You dont know for sure if there was a hang up between two exchanges or if investor interest was part of the delay for the raise to wrap up. You say you post facts but i dont see that at all.

Why not tell people to buy? Why not tell people to sell, or hold? Or not buy? Who cares? This board is made up of anonymous investors posting their own opinions, and sometimes some facts and solid DD. And sometimes, absolute total BS!

If anyone makes a trade based on this board, then that’s on them, no one else. No one is forcing anyone to make a trade one way or the other. Some folks on here believe this is a great time to buy, others, and rightfully so, are skeptical. This is a high risk R&D pre-rev company! Has been for almost a decade.

Maxim Group has a buy rating on the stock and an $8 price target. Why? Well because the analyst believes that is what Titan is worth now / short term, not $2.

Also, hard to raise $19M with no interest.... Regulatory red tape of the OSC and SEC held up the offering with all of the back and forth from them and Titan.

If you think TMDI is getting fda approval, it is my opinion this is a good buy, if you don’t, you should probably sell. Thought this was a message board not a brokerage service.
