The constellation deal changed the book value of each share, adding approx $13 cash to every after deal share. The underlying EQUITY was increased per share. (Goes to $20 per share if first tranche of warrants are exercised) This was not a market event but a business deal.

The market reacts, 'underlying market value'???...

So.....You're saying that I'm not factoring in market events ? . . . .

That I'm not factoring in the Constellation investments....
