Unfortunately this is no longer about the global problems, the technology, the past results or the future plans. It's basically about one thing alone - the greed of the CEO who has supported a ridiculous governance and overhead structure by increasingly desperate attempts to raise money. These will dilute all existing shareholders into oblivion - which is not to say that there won't be some profits available for short term traders along the way.
I assume that there is some sort of end plan in place - it will probably involve all common shareholders being wiped out, and certain cronies getting to keep the bones and IP of the actual business lines that are still able to perform.
