So Rob - please follow my logic...WHY do they not offer a discount to an Int'l led group of robotic surgeons, then - instead of raising funds the traditional way with warrants ?

Why can't that bring in $3-4M and the vote of confidence is worth a discount to them with NO MORE WARRANTS ADDED TO THE PILE ?
