2. Eliminate a financial re-structuring

This leaves:

1. A "strategic buyout" or
2. Piecemeal liquidation of assets

Of these last two, the second option appears to me to be the least likely. Now I'm thinking 70-30 strategic buyout, reflecting on all facets of the information across the board that we have.
