Doesn't matter at this point, mmex can't get financing, none. It has been excuse after excuse after excuse. If jack had any credibility he would have enough investors so he wouldn't need all those extremely toxic loans. Then the pps would be stabilized, probably be in the actual teens or more by now. mmex mentions the need for more extremely toxic loans, the possibility of a reverse split. mmex also mentions that they will only own a very small percentage of the refinery. These toxic lenders get an immediate 40% discount which is instant cash to them regardless of the pps. Hence the falling pps. They dump onto the market which means way more supply than demand. It really is that simple.
BTW, I was a very strong supporter until I started questioning a supposed persons close to the deal. My eyes were opened.
