Rant almost over. LOL. Watched this months ago so don't know where we are exactly today with state approval. But in my mind it's the biggest hurdle. Then again it's Texas so not so tough imo. JOBS and state REVS.

Is that what we are waiting on still. With Trump in office that has gotten much easier. Hell he would wet himself to be at the ground breaking ceremony. Get er done.

There are quite a few variables involved and this is nothing like getting a mortgage or any other loan, whether personal or not.
There are a whole set of requirements needed to be met.
The first one is credibility, if jack had any, he would have investors.
Another one is a set of plans that don't FORGET a 20 million dollar major component. which lead to a missed deadline and more dangling carrots.
They need an actual company, not a puny shell of two maybe three people and several different fly by night PR companies.


Yes, this is a great idea but bad execution. The chart, massive dilution and numerous delays and missed deadlines are obvious.

Alright so my maths a little off. We need 500 mil, lol. But not to start. 50 gets the ball rolling and makes the banks feel better if there is help in financing.

There is a lot of money in this world looking for a 10 percent return. Even the major oil players could be there.
