John keeps saying the plant is progressing but would they have really gotten permits approved and broken ground on the plant without making any statement about it? No, they wouldn't. So they haven't started building anything other than their on site office.
When John says the plant is progressing I take that to mean they are negotiating with potential contractors and trying to get permits submitted and approved, and maybe doing some land prep they can do before they get a building permit.
It would be nice to have someone drive by and see what the land looks like now. Is there anything going on? Have they cleared the weeds yet even? Don't need a permit for that.
Just saw your reply. I live just a couple miles from their site and drive by it several times a week. As of this weekend there was still no activity. The mobile office is still at the temp building they rent.
