I see. It makes sense to erase Great potential Giant risk to "Suspend" ACTL (by FINRA/SEC) in the near future if the management doesn't file the Key Form 15-12G to remove this kind of Great risk! Another way for the company to copy with this serious problem is to file the financial reports again...

I'm curious who pushed it up to 0.0004 five months ago? Why? Even buying ACTL at 0.0002 is 50% immediate huge losses for the buyer's principals when the price inevitably decline back to 0.0001 again!

Only those aggressive buyers could afford to buy at least 150M shares at $0.0002 (i.e. $30,000 cost) ACTL might bounce back to March 26's high 0.0004 again...

26M-1 x 126M-2 now. "No bid" could kick in as soon as today...
