You may be misinformed about the last AVVH CEO. Do you have a link to the court case you mention?
The last CEO was Jason Price, he worked unpaid for a couple years to keep AVVH current and was even very close to getting product into Walgreens but he had to quit due to a family situation that required most of his free time. Jason wasn't a share dumper.
The previous CEO husband and wife team (the Farley's) were the ones that cashed in on this and then let everything go to waste... They still have a few million restricted shares.
