Until this second wave of dilution is finished, the sooner the better, without news, which can't be announced until the company is done selling these shares, "this stock can't move up" !!!!! Although I still own my shares, I realize that as long as UBSS is at the ask, nothing positive will happen until "all" the dilution is finished. In a previous statement, Mr. Zankowski did state, there would be more dilution if needed, but it would be a whole lot less than the 800 mil. previously diluted. All we can do once again is "watch and wait"!!!!! There seems to be a whole lot less of us that still own shares in IMJX, just judging from how quiet our board is, and not seeing some of the familiar posters anymore. Grumbling and complaining will get us nowhere. All we can do is wait this thing out until all their behind the scenes selling is finally over!!!! Then, and only then, will we hear from our company again. Let's hope that whatever their motives for this increase in shares is, that they really know what they're doing. Sooner or later, we'll have some answers. Florida

Based on a previous post here that had a copy of the CEO's e-mail reply the company needs to sell the additional 1,500,000,000 shares to fund a product launch. So it is fair to assume that the authorized is the same as the issued shares considering that is where the end game is. That is why it makes no "cents" at all that the company ordered the NOBO and then sold into the run and then at the last second pulls a switch on the authorized shares. Why would the company put a PR out that a NOBO is getting ordered and did not put a PR out that they will be diluting the authorized by 2/3rds? The shareholders have been diluted by 2/3rds....... does anyone think when they did this that they also diluted themselvs by 2/3rds? I'll bet they issued more shares to their positions to ensure no dilution effect in their positions....... maybe they even have more shares than they started with. Where's the PR's or even a PR? You have to feel for the new shareholders that bought into this scamm at .0015+, they need a 5 bagger to break even! The company has a moral and ethical responsibility to inform the investing public of their vision and why their actions support the overall gfoal of increasing shareholder value. Now they stock sits at .0003 x .0004 continuing the death spiral. According to my crystal ball the PPS will continue down to a .0001 x .0002 B/A........ and let me tell you, that thing is seldom wrong.....hehe! I'm here to make money, not prop up the company or make friends here. With that said, I will be patient and start adding at .0002 in anticipation that there is another pump and dump that will happen in the coming months.
