Lastly as stated on top of the very board where these things are discussed they generally do not suspend tickers when they can contact management etc..

Problem with filings is that major brokers like Fidelity refuse to sell the stock. This has to hurt WSTI both in raising money and help the PS. I wish Ilene the odds of Dan pulling this off.
