Thanks Inoviorulez, I was already aware of that but my beef was the timing and the lack of information that should have been proffered. Filing/releasing the Shelf registration the day AFTER a CC and not even mentioning it? That's not right. One could easily read into that that the company is not, shall we say- "confident" going into the outcome of the current trials and is intent on raising,capital "just in case "?
I own stock and long dated Call options here so I'm not saying that is what I think is happening, but, it still gives me pause.I wish the company was a little more forthcoming that's all.
