Wsti has been installing and making money I presume. Would they have enough to cover this lawsuit? We are in the dark but they are still operating. Wouldn’t it be wise to reserve funds for lawsuit before putting money in getting current. So if they pay off lawsuit then put whatever might be left to getting current if anything is left or then just wait to close deal. We assumed they were making decent money during their dark periods and should have some in the bank.
