Again Eakle is doing everything he can to NOT get into any legal troubles. A 10K and subsequent events statement submitted to the SEC is not going to contain a lie.
The money here is in getting the company going to full capacity..not some stupid shares scam. Eakle's ability to bring in business is what wins this argument.
Eakle is a hard working ethical man who has a entrpreueral spirit and he employs people and creates economy. Why don't you have any respect for that?
