So if its a settlement on behalf of Dan's plan this is why he is getting closer to it by raising funds as stated in the PR. Meaning as soon as its taken care of Wsti should be updated? But it could also mean shares in exchange for money. We have talked about that before. As we know too, this could drag on for awhile.
