Checking with some friends about the SEC "vacating" the ruling. I am told this is somewhat of a rarity. Also, the date was Aug. 22nd. and last week we had a drop below a penny to .0065 and a run up to .028. Someone had the info immediately and did some buying. IMHO, the original ruling was flawed just as Tim said it was. "IF" we get the $5 million in damages, the PPS should be $1.00 or higher. I think this is one of the best risk/REWARD penny companies ever. HAWK
