Means if BDCI 3/Q rev exceeds a couple mil,than valuation will come in play...see potnet projected $2 mil rev a month & valuation at $200 mil selling CBD off/online...potnet pps was in .00's before reaching .50 dollar...if BDCI have 2019 rev of $100 mil than BDCI pps will be at $10 to $20
