Skillern was saying he hopes most common shareholders will convert to Class B because that's what would put the squeeze on the shorts - the rapidly reduced number of common shares. Then when the shorts are forced to cover, Class B shareholders can convert the shares back to the common shares that would then have a much higher pps (thanks to short covering). That's how I understood it.
MSEED .. i doubt that there are many shorted shares.. Just calculate shares traded since the F/S. The total volume is around 2.2 billions.
Shares are dumpped into the market since now 90% or so of A/S is O/S (per company's MIKE) That is around 400 millions more shares out.
During this time 400 X 2 (buy and sell) = 800 During this time the stock must had been flip at least 2 rounds since price went from .0009 to .002' then down to .009 then .002's = volume on that flip 1600
1600 + 800 = 2.4 billion.
NOBO list alone doesnt' do the trick. it needs few of them.
Also those restricted shares become unrestricted.
But the good sign is whoever it is, is preventing this from going under .001
