So they’re going to pay those back now before we’ll get the dividend? In what timeframe will that happen? So they have cash now? Thought it was pretty tight since they’re giving half their company away for 55 cents a share.

we know they have another 30 million dollars of convertible debt.

same AWESOME terms as the "gift horse garrett group" so the A/S is already hardwired and legally approved to keep bumping higher to at least 250,000,000 shares or whatever it takes to convert and -50% to the VWAP before discounts and penalties.... to get those notes paid. theres no cash, never was, so this is assured.... rest well assured!
