forgot to mention so for those that are interested - Guy G (MintBrokers) had to respond to initial complaint by 9/10 but AWX is amending the initial complaint so once that is done & delivered to Guy G then he will have i think it is 20 days or so to respond (unless he files motion for continuance.) Definitely looking forward & should be real interesting to see how his attorney (s) respond....
