Crack-pot schemes like Mad J.’s fantasy, imaginary “Crude RDS” “business unit,” even if real, would require $10-million or thereabouts in financing.

MMEX is broke - it has a 126-acre desert parcel, a flagpole, some fence, a gate, and a caliche road. Those are common all over West Texas, so MMEX has no proprietary features or assets that are worth anything.

Borrowing the necessary funds for Mad J.’s fantasy, the construction time, even if this were real, puts the system in operation at, or after pipeline capacity is already on-line, negating any value in Mad J.’s fantasy “bidness” proposition - no lender, unless their business is generating tax losses, would invest. There’s no money to be made, because the payback horizon is too far out, and Mad J.’s hide isn’t worth even a beatdown from a loanshark, stupid enough to lend him money.

MMEX is a share-selling scheme. Everything that’s happened are either trivial props used to support the share-selling scheme, or to enrich Mad J. directly.

The very first pipeline coming on line will have a daily capacity that exceeds Mad J.’s claimed monthly capacity, moving crude directly to the PADD III coastal refiners at less than half the transportation fee Mad J. would have to charge, even at break-even.

MMEX - a laughing-stock!

They don't need to build the refinery now. They need to build the storage depot. That will make money to build the refinery, then we move fwd....Do that first MMEX....

1. They can't even decide what to do next, it changes with every update and shareloser letter.
2. They cant get accurate plans drawn up, they forget major components.
3. They get the pps to even a quarter of one little penny anymore.
4. They can't get financing.
5. They can't stay uplisted on the little ole OTC
6. They just can;t tell it like it really is!
