I was discussing Shadow’s contention that the lawsuit claim for abuse of process was still outstanding. But how did the judge whiff it exactly in your view? Dimension withdrew it. The judge agreed with Dimension that a declaration was necessary to resolve a dispute. Do you think she should have declined to make a declaration?

Well, when you guys are enjoying yje history written by Smitty with his own opinion, instead of the law to judge TMMI, he seemed to act like the judge in the court, I have a meaningful question:
Why today the TMMI stock price dropped below the price of 4 cent with big trading volume of 0.6 Millions share, at least this number of trading shares is huge for a tiny company like TMMI, and the stock price, less than 4 cent is even lower two days before the news that the TMMI video driver can be downloaded from Microft store. Look like the new product is no longer a positive news to the investors any more, otherwise the stock price should going higher after the news is released , and we may have a failed new product release which is irrelevant to the stock price at all , and people need to wait for another five years to see some meaningful result , or nothing will happen for the rest of their lives
