You have to go back and read the whole thread he was commenting on. He was talking about the total share count.

So youve Filed a 13G then as a greater than 5% shareolder?

I have no idea what your talking about...I didn't file anything I'm just for my own personal calculations and risk ...like in my head I assumed 140M OS to be on the safe side. I don't actually know exactly how many shares are outstanding...it's my opinion only dude
