as I seem to be done here. construction cost for shell would be appx 50k for a 24x96 ft structure. the foundation and inner construction would be additional. was interested because wanted new construction but in park setting. no further word given. need more info to run by planning boards in florida and viability as to if they would be in code here to construct even though it fits in manufactured category.As I have plans but have to step slowly to ensure it would be a good fit and vehicle with all leep has to offer am frustrated by lack of transparency, but, am keeping an eye for opening. as both johns are quiet. they must be in communication with outside agencies to verify compliance.
