Sweet analysis! But... I don't think the 129 O/S will remain, as I sense some dilution will be coming to accommodate whatever restructuring scheme they've created.
I don't think it will be too painful though, since their goal will be to get back to NYSE and TSX. A billion dollar manufacturer does not stay on the OTCPK. ;-)
Did you watch that video showing the second plant (really the third) already had $360M funding commitment from the U.S.??? This train is getting back on the tracks, IMO.
