Turn back the clock 2 months:

they just paid the CRO to get a look at the P2b data
they must have thought they could make a deal for B OM
they thought they had a chance at BTD

then it all fell apart, and here we are

Well actually Leo did communicate Prurisol results looked poor when he canceled interim results and then didn’t tell anyone until a sec filing.

“Why spend money on P2B if not an outstanding chance for success or not communicate if he had a glimpse much earlier that trial wasn't successful?”

Well actually Leo claimed to have signed contracts with manufacturers years ago. And guess what came of that? Nada.

“But why sign contracts with manufacturers? Right...to mislead investors and drag it out.”
