So you have proof that this company is not a complete fraud? I am not saying you are wrong, just skeptical. I have witnessed so many broken promises from Steve Helm and Tim Smith aka Jett Lone Star.

It would be AMAZING if there is some actual, factual good news.

That doesn't make sense. A company that ISN'T the company in question wouldn't require you to sign an NDA just to tell you that.
So you have either guessed the right company "based on my fabulous DD" and you COULD tell us the name of that company right now (since you don't currently have an NDA) and simply refuse to do so or you're full of beans.
