Since you are a king of all trades, this is merely just a refresher for you of course BUT... let’s review Dilution and exactly what that means and how that can occur.
1- DILUTION is the act of increasing the Outstanding shares available to be sold into the public of a certain stock. In order for a stock management or a debtor to INCREASE the outstanding shares of a stock they must follow a process. The process requires the certificate of debt holder to secure an approved attorney opinion Letter by the company, the culmination of a ton of documents that must all satisfy the TA...AND... the STOCK MUST BE CURRENT with OTC or SEC Audited.
WHAT COMMONLY HAPPENS is there exist a tonnage or shares that were issued to debtors and most often former management— from the last time the stock was current in filings. These shares ARE ALREADY CALCULATED and INCLUDED in the OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT for $UNVC. Since the stock isn’t current...the only thing that could be happening would be the float is increasing and more shares are moving into stronger hands.
IMO..this will make a move to .003’s pps as the next bottom baseline to set up.
