Thanks bud, did you see that formula in the New Warrant Agreement on their website it say

X = B-A I can not even understand anything on that - its written in legal language. I dont think he will go to jail he used the law Chap 11 is legal and he is getting away with it, we got screwed for 4 years sitting here but I think he is hiring people and this will fly to the 20 dollar range. They have no liabilities and they have saved all their cash by being a private company.
