Disagree, Brian Cox does not pull "shenanigans". This guy has been very focused on building this company up from nearly nothing. How many OTC CEOs actually pull a company up to OTCQB from pinks in less than six months from taking over? Development of Surge pays? Or how bout having over 20K Surge phones ready to hit the market in only a few months! Talk to Cox for 5 minutes, and anyone will understand. GL
