Totally agree that SA author is hired gun and is grabbing at straws trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. My net take is the stakes are too great for Mona to take risk. He has found golden egg on the legal side of the law. The statements in the article may be true. Where I differ is in the magnitude compared to today’s financials. The impact is not relevant on the overall performance. The following facts cannot be refuted:

+ Audited results with QB certification for years
+ industry leading CBD brand with exponential growth
+ $82MM float which is paltry compared to most OTC stocks.
+ Dilution is non-issue
