Geez, have you read the SEC filings AT ALL?
NBRI is one of the WORST toxic death spiral borrowers out there. They have over $1.5 million in toxic death spirals outstanding. The lenders are all the biggest names in toxic lending - Typenex, LG Capital, Tangiers, JMJ, Beaufort, Caesar, WHC, RLS, and KBM. They have tapped just about every toxic lender there is.
At the current price, that more than $1.5 million in toxic death spirals outstanding convert into over 30 BILLION new common shares.
30 BILLION. That is a lot of stock for a company that is insolvent with no assets of any value.
NBRI is worthless.
