I see press releases about all kinds of very interesting things positioning into this and that market or technology. Nothing else about then the next press release about re-positioning into the XYZ martket or something else that never comes to anything. According the filings they own nothing but owe 1.4million. No Patents, Assets nothing but a tone of partners and a lot of social media talk talk talk. These guys love to talk but i don't see any results anywhere. And of course they don't even have an office anymore. Going down this rabbit hole has been interesting.
They went from 5 employees to two a few months ago. I got that information with a clever phone call. Two guys are left. My guess is one of them is Chad. I managed to get some information about the three employees they fired and oddly enough they were all women. One was the CFO (annette), the CMO (sandra) and the third I am note sure about. I know they fired three but the thirds position is a mystery. I'm sure there are three that's not in dispute.
Also looks like Ms Kenebel was a Mr Kenebel after she was termed. Not sure what that's about. Not a good way to file with the SEC.
Monksdream, I remember you as a poster/investor with RVGD.
RVGD hired me mainly to try and restructure and clean up the Company for filing with SEC. I did provide investor relations point of contact for RVGD.
I alerted Peter after my review, the CEO of RVGD, that his financier was violating the new Rule 144(i) and thus was flooding the market with unregistered shares. That's how the SEC ultimately got involved I believe. Wasn't much I could do to help Peter. The damage was already done.
