Heres one of the best interpitations of the TOU I've seen, it was written by Rawnoc,
IHUB rules say two things....
(1), and I quote: "Private Messages are not to be posted publicly unless you have permission from the author."
(2) Multiple aliases are against IHUB rules and subject to termination of both accounts. I like you and have looked the other way, but if IHUB administration finds out you will be fried in 1/2 a second.
(3) Cut the free speech crap. When you signed up for IHUB, you, not anybody else forcing you to, agreed to certain standard of language and conduct. If you want to go back on your word and break the rules.....tough shit. This is a privately owned company, a privately owned message board, and you have no Constitutional rights here just as you can kick me out of your HOUSE for breaking your rules - or because you don't like my race, religion, or favorite football team. I always love when people on a private message board scream "free speech! you can't delete me!" Try saying that shit in my HOUSE, and let's see how far your "my free speech" claim gets you when I kick your ass out for being an asshole.
Speaking here is a privelege. There are no rights whatsoever. Just like with court, church, the movie theatre, or my own HOUSE there are rules to follow.

Just got done deleting a shitload of posts, and this one is the last one the subject. The rest will be deleted. Talk stocks or don't post. Those who don't like censorship - TOO Fing bad. If you want a free-for-all "free speech" bullshit, go to RB or Yahoo and enjoy. People come here SPECIFICALLY for censorship of not having to read dozens of posts by immature assholes having a fight - and they pay money for this censorship.
