You're correct. None of us have a crystal ball and we don't know. But what we do know is what management has decided to do to date. With respect to sound business and finance decisions, management has show either they are a.) Incompetent
b.) Competent and thieves.
Lastly, say by some miracle there's a JV on the table. Again, based on what management has show thus far, I would expect the structure of that deal to be so bad that initially the stock will move up until investors have some time to actually read and digest the deal, similar to The Iranian Nuclear Deal.
