They announced that they were going dark--quitting filing reports--and then they did just that.
They have absolutely NO plans to begin filing again. Even if they did, all it would show is that they are expensing all profits as payment to management/board.
This is their personal cash cow, and they couldn't care less about the investors that put their money here thinking it was a good future prospect.
I have cash that I can afford to lose tied up in this, and I will keep it there just so I have a leg to stand on in any potential legal actions.
