I don’t anything about that. I was just saying this suit won’t happen soon. Stuff like that takes time if it really ever happens. The answer to your questions nobody knows.

If you have no idea about the future of this company I strongly suggest for you to stay away for a while until you do your DD.
I DO know the answers to these questions. (Never with a 100% certainty in this business) but very confident of my work.
Now how? Well I do perform a thorough DD on my investments and use different methods of valuation and models to estimate the future stock appreciation such as earnings growth, price to sales ratios and always comparing the results to peers in the same industry.
