It looks as though ECOB is suing a former employee Mark Vuozzo( Debtor ) and the former employee Mark Vuozzo is claiming bankruptcy, and August 27th ( because of a scheduling conflict on behalf of Mark Vuozzo ) was the date selected for Pre-trail.
