In New Business, 1) a motion was made by Mr. Simmons, seconded by Mr. Allen, and after a unanimous roll call vote, a Resolution to approve the execution of a Lease to Biomass Power Louisiana, L.L.C.

additional funds have been authorized for an overland conveyor from Port Priority Program.

As stated previously, Project Skate has received funding for the overland conveyor.
