There is an audit being conducted 100% confirmed by myself and others by avenues other than asking CEO. Whatever the ceo has said to others may or may not be true but the audit info goes with what others were told. The merger part of it I don’t think anyone knows if it’s really still on but at these prices you are buying into an empty shell with the possibility of a merger.
