I'll take that as a compliment:) And yes, it's fairly obvious they WERE thinking about a money raise, just hadn't 'officially' made a decision on when and how.
Regarding the EU approvals, I wonder if we'll see a PR on any agreements that come of that? I can see that giving the SP a good bump.
