I expect the record dates on the Trw distribution before the conf.call (=huge driver)

They may also give us the pay date. Not likely at this stage though. But if they do, you will know that the ex-date is one day after the pay-date (as per exchange rules for distributions > 25%). And you will also know that arrangements have been made (perhaps) with FINRA. But as I said, not likely at this stage. IMO.
