You're right. Low volume traders are definitely set it and forget it plays. Sooner or later some big money will start to move this issue around a bit.
Staying current and maintaining QB status are absolutely a confidence boost for any investors sitting on the sidelines. Whether or not it plays out in the market today or tomorrow, it's a big deal. JMO of course....
