Fluff means that the news release provides nothing new of any substance. It is designed to temporarily appease anxious shareholders who are craving news. That the release was ambiguous about the financial impacts of Nordmin's recommendations is obviously a concern. Don't bother telling me to sell my shares. As previously stated, I am optimistic about this project moving forward; financing won't come until the 1st quarter of 2019; and if it can't be financed, I am prepared to go down with the ship.
