We've discussed the patent a billion times.. CV Sciences never "hyped" it, never once referred to CVSI-007 as anything other than "patent pending."

The current issue my friend, is that Andrew Left of Citron Research is trying to short the stock. Look him up. And this whole law suit is basically his covrer up. Good God.

Do some DD and you will see, actually you should already know since this is easily checked out, that those claims regarding the patent are garbage. Again...check out for yourself.
