It's down 97% in three years, 70% down this year. Siaf has NOTHING to do with "value investing" they print and sell their own shares at 1.5% of their book value, they know their value best. With discounts they probably sell it less than 1% book value.
It's a scam.

I might sell at 2X or 3X book



SIAF shows a book value of $16. 2X book is about $30. Currently trading at $.30. 30/.30 = 100. So I could have a 100 bagger and not wait 10 years. Mamma Mia!

If it breaks out, you would assume there is a trend reversal, but if the price retreats back to where it was or lower, you would call it "false breakout." You might as well flip a coin to decide what the market is going to do next. Anything that has something to do with charts and TA is illogical.
