Because securities fraud is a crime.

I don't support crimes. And I really don't understand the mentality of a person that wants to make money off of a criminal act.

Plus most penny stock traders are sick of all the fake press releases, fake websites, fake twitter pages, and fake filings. It is hard enough to make money off penny stocks without crooks like that front loading these stocks then taking money from the people they trick with their frauds.


It would be one thing if it was just one stock. But there have been around 60 different stocks manipulated using fake press releases, fake websites, fake twitter pages, and fake filings in the past 11 months.

Obviously the group(s) involved won't stop until they are busted by the regulators. And their scams are getting more and more brazen with SMEV being the most brazen so far.
