Dude, you just admitted you pissed your pants over a company that was appraised at $15/share, by TWO appraisal firms. Trading at 5 cents now.

Who gives a FF whether they are reporting or not? Unless you can show me that all dark companies are valued this way. Perhaps they plan to merge with a sister company. Perhaps they want to go private. Perhaps there is another logical explanation for it.
